The Criminal/Traffic Division maintains all records pertaining to traffic minor misdemeanor citations. The division also records and processes felony charges through the preliminary hearing, and then transfers them to the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

The Criminal/Traffic Division also collects all fines, assists those who elect to attend driver improvement school, and sets court dates for those who wish to contest an infraction violation.

Clerk of Court’s hours of operation for traffic violation are Monday – Friday form 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
